As I float and enjoy the blissful silence underwater, my favorite space, where I feel oneness with God and my favorite space to heal, I become aware of how my body feels and how it starts letting go of tension. I feel how my brain floats in more freedom, my spinal cord feels like moving freely almost as if it was dancing enjoying the freedom that less gravity offers to the body... And my session became a beautiful soul dance.
